(A) To provide for the management of the Community and Economic Development Agency, the County Judge is hereby authorized to employ a Director of the Agency. Upon the expiration of the initial employment contract, the Board of Directors of the Agency are authorized to employ from that time forward a Director of the agency. The Director is authorized to employ any other personnel deemed necessary for the operation of the agency.
(B) The duty of preparing a yearly budget and obtaining funding for the agency shall be that of the Director.
