§ 31.060 LEVY OF FEES.
   There is hereby levied, under the authority of the Act, a fee of $10 on each conviction, commitment and forfeiture of bond, as set forth in the Act, and all revenues collected on such fees shall be handled and deposited as set forth in the Act.
