The Board shall consist of five members, each of whom is a qualified elector residing in the County, and shall be appointed by the County Judge for the following terms of office: initially, one will be appointed for a one year term, one will be appointed for a two year term, one will be appointed for a three year term, one will be appointed for a four year term, one will be appointed for a five year term; thereafter, at the expiration of the terms of the original members, successor members shall be elected by a majority of the Health Care Facilities Board for a term of five years except in the instance of filling an unexpired term. Each member shall take and file with the Clerk of the County Court the oath of office prescribed by A.C. § 14-137-108.
