(A) Pursuant to a request of the governing board of the W.A. Billingsley Memorial Library and by authority of A.C. § 13-2-404, the governing library board may certify to the Jackson County Treasurer a claim against the County Public Library Fund for an amount equal to the undistributed balance of the fund.
(B) The claim authorized in division (A) above shall be made one time a month only and shall be acted upon as all other claims against the county.
(C) When the claim is paid, the funds shall be in the custody of the governing library board of the W.A. Billingsly Memorial Library and shall be subject to expenditure pursuant to an appropriate resolution or budget adopted by the governing library board.
