The Board shall submit quarterly reports beginning three months after its organization, and each three months thereafter, reporting in full on the operations, including an accounting of receipts and disbursements, to the County Judge and the Quorum Court, and shall furnish such other and further reports, data and information as may be requested by the County Judge and the Quorum Court. The quarterly report to the County Judge and the Quorum Court with respect to receipts and disbursements shall be certified as correct by the Board. The Board shall also submit to the Judge and the Quorum Court an annual audit of the operations of the Jackson County Public Library.
