§ 31.026 RULES AND REGULATIONS.

The Board shall adopt such rules and regulations as it may deem necessary and expedient for the proper operation and management of the Jackson County Public Library, not inconsistent with this subchapter or the laws of the State of Arkansas, and shall have authority to alter, change or amend such rules and regulations at its discretion.
