§ 31.023 CONTROL OF FACILITIES.

The body formerly known as the W.A. Billingsley Memorial Library and/or the Jackson County Library is hereby abolished and all of its functions including exclusive control of the Jackson County Library buildings, equipment and library books as the same exists or may hereafter exist are vested in the County Library Board created by this subchapter.
