The Board of Governors or the administrative officer shall make quarterly reports to the Quorum Court which shall include an accounting of receipts and disbursements and a statement of general condition as well as other data and information as may be requested by the County Judge or the Quorum Court. The Board may submit monthly reports beginning on the 20th day of the month following the previous month of operation of Leisure Acres and on the 20th day of each month thereafter to the County Judge. The administrative officer shall likewise make monthly reports to the Board of Governors.
