§ 31.007 ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER.
   The Board may employ, in addition to other personnel, some competent person to act as administrative officer, and manager or other personnel for the performance of their duties, and in the event such administrative officer is employed by the Board, he shall be paid a salary as determined by this Board.
