§ 150.01 STATUTORY AUTHORITY.
   The Legislature of the State of Arkansas has in A.C. § 14-268-101 et seq., delegated the responsibility of local governmental units to adopt regulations to minimize flood losses. Therefore, the Quorum Court of Jackson County, Arkansas, does hereby ordain as follows.
