Any person(s) who shall violate a provision of this chapter, or fail to comply therewith, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Upon conviction of any such violation, such person(s) shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $500 for any one specified offense or violation, and not exceeding $1,000 for a repeat offense or violation. A repeat offense shall mean any additional violation that occurs after the initial violation has been abated. If an act prohibited or rendered unlawful is, in its nature, continuous in respect to time, the fine or penalty for allowing the continuance thereof in violation of this chapter shall not exceed $250 for each day that it is unlawfully continued. All fines and penalties imposed for violation of this chapter shall be paid into the County General Fund.
