§ 70.01 HAZARDOUS DRIVING.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle in a hazardous, careless, negligent, unsafe, or imprudent manner that is in disregard to the safety of persons or property or that may endanger the life, limb, or property of the operator or another person.
