The withdrawal of groundwater and the use of, or attempted use of, groundwater as a potable water supply from the properties, identified on the map attached to Ord. 2005-7, passed 11-14-05, located within the county, by the installation or drilling of wells or by any other method, is hereby prohibited. This prohibition also includes Jackson County. Such installation or drilling of wells within 1,000 feet of the intersection of Industrial Road and Van Dyke Road is hereby prohibited.
