(A) The County Road Department, a division of the County General Fund which has the equipment necessary to open and close graves, is hereby authorized at the direction of the Jackson County Judge or his or her authorized personal representative to perform that service for indigent citizens.
(B) It is further determined by the Quorum Court that certain cemeteries do not have the means to maintain roads and drives. Therefore, the County Judge is authorized when solicited to assist in maintaining roads and drives of cemetery properties.
