§ 36.01 NO SMOKING IN COUNTY COURTHOUSE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to smoke a cigarette, cigar, or pipe of any kind inside the Jackson County Courthouse building.
   (B)    SMOKING shall be defined as carrying or holding a lighted cigarette, cigar or pipe of any kind or lighting, emitting, inhaling or exhaling the smoke of a cigarette, cigar or pipe of any kind.
