541.10 TRESPASS ON PROPERTY ADJACENT TO RESERVOIR.

(a) No person shall trespass upon Municipally owned property adjacent to the City water reservoir, located in and near Hammertown Hollow, Liberty Township, Jackson County, without first securing permission from the Jackson Water Service Commission.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
