351.01 POLICE MAY REMOVE UNATTENDED VEHICLE WHICH OBSTRUCTS TRAFFIC.
   (a)   No vehicle shall be left standing in any street, alley, sidewalk or public ground in such manner as to obstruct the free use of the same, for the purpose of being repaired, or for any other purpose, except in case of unavoidable necessity, when the same shall be removed within a reasonable time.

   (b)   Whenever any police officer finds a vehicle unattended upon any street, bridge or causeway, or in any tunnel, where such vehicle constitutes an obstruction to traffic, such officer may provide for the removal of such vehicle to the nearest garage or other place of safety.
