331.121 “J” TURNS PROHIBITED.
   (a)   It shall be unlawful for the driver of any motor vehicle or motorcycle to execute a J-turn on any street within the Municipality.
   (b)    A J-turn shall be defined as making a U-turn in order to park on the opposite side of any street marked with a centerline.
