147.13 SEASONAL EMPLOYEES.
   The Service-Safety Director may hire seasonal employees as the Director determines necessary. The Director shall determine the wages to be paid to seasonal employees but said wages shall not exceed two hundred percent (200%) of the State minimum wage at the time of employment and such employees shall not be entitled to health insurance or any other City benefits other than those required by Ohio or Federal law. Seasonal employees shall not work more than twenty-nine (29) hours per week and no more than nineteen (19) weeks in one calendar year. Seasonal Employees shall serve at the pleasure of the Director.
