(a) The position of Code Enforcement Officer shall be in the unclassified service of the City and serve at the pleasure of the Mayor, and whose duties shall include all things necessary for the enforcement of City code and zoning requirements.
(b) The annual salary shall be set by Council and shall be paid on a biweekly basis.
(c) The individual appointed to the position of Code Enforcement Officer will be a part-time position and shall not be entitled to benefits in addition to salary.
