The City is a governmental organization that holds the funds from the Estate of David Brooks Jones exclusively for charitable purposes and the management of the Brooks Jones Endowment for the Arts Fund shall be in accordance with the Ohio Uniform Management of Institutional Funds Law as now found in Ohio R.C. 178.s 1715.51 through 1715.59 and as may be revised by the State of Ohio from time to time.
