The David Brooks Jones Endowment for the Arts Board shall be comprised of five members including the Mayor, City Auditor and one member of City Council and two members of the community being persons residing within the boundaries of the Jackson City School District chosen for their abilities to advance youth art programs. The two community members shall each serve a three-year term with one member having his/her first term for a period of two years so that the expiration of the terms of the community members shall be staggered.
