178.03 BY-LAWS; MEETINGS.

The Board may adopt its own by-laws relating to the governance of its meetings. However, the Board shall meet no less than once every six months. The meetings of the Board shall be advertised as to time and place and shall be open to the public in accordance with Ohio’s public meetings law. (Ord. 59-19. Passed 12-30-19.)
