178.02 DUTIES.

The David Brooks Jones Endowment for the Arts Board shall establish and oversee the operation of youth arts program, its staffing and expenditures of funds, in accordance with the wishes of David Brooks Jones as stated in his Last Will and Testament and in accordance with Ohio’s Uniform Management of Institutional Funds Laws.
