178.01 ESTABLISHED.

There is established within the Recreation Department a fund called the David Brooks Jones Endowment for the Arts Fund which shall be under the supervision of the Jackson City Auditor and Jackson City Treasurer and used at the direction of the David Brooks Jones Endowment for the Arts Board.
