941.29 DISPLAY OF FLAG.

The United States flag shall be lowered to half-mast at Fairmount Cemetery during the grave side funeral service of a person who died while in active military service to the United States or as a Veteran of the United States Military who received a discharge other than a dishonorable discharge. (Ord. 29-13. Passed 6-24-13.)
