1311.08 NOTICE BEFORE COMMENCEMENT OF WORK.

The building official shall be given at least twenty-four hours notice of the starting of work under a permit and Ohio Utility Protection Service (OUPS) shall be given at least forty-eight hours notice prior to starting excavation on the building site.
