953.11 RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR USE OF THE DESIGNATED DOG PARK AREA.
   (a)   Handlers are responsible for any injuries caused by any dog they bring to the park. Users of this park do so at their own risk. The City of Jackson shall not be liable for any injury or damage caused by any dog in the dog park.
   (b)   Handlers must immediately pick up and properly dispose of dog waste and must fill any holes dug by their dog(s).
   (c)   No pets other than dogs are permitted in the Dog Park.
   (d)   Handlers must have proper license and vaccination tags while in the park. Remove pronged, choker or spiked collars while in the gate area.
   (e)   Do not bring dogs that are aggressive, sick or in heat. Dogs must be at least 4 months old.
   (f)   Handlers must leash and remove their dog(s) at the first sign of aggressive behavior. Handlers must remain in the park with leash at all times.
   (g)   Handlers may not bring more than two dogs.
   (h)   Handlers must have their dogs under their direct control at all times.
   (i)   Handlers may use only bite-sized treats in the Dog Park.
   (j)   Handlers must be 18 years old. Children under 13 are not permitted unless accompanied by an adult.
   (k)   All Jackson Recreation and Park rules and Jackson City Codes are enforced. Failure to comply with these Rules and Regulations constitute a violation of City Code Sections 505.15 and 541.05.
