In the event of fire, casualty or other unforeseen occurrence which renders impossible the fulfillment by the City of any agreement issued hereunder, such agreement shall immediately terminate; and in such event, the renter shall pay only for the time the premises are actually used by it and the renter shall, as a condition to the issuance of such agreement, waive any claim for loss or damage resulting from such termination.
