If any resident cuts brush or tree limbs from the resident’s premises, and the resident has not hired or employed any person, whether an individual or business entity to perform the removal, then the resident may contact the City Utility Office to request the City collect, remove and dispose of the brush. Brush and limbs must be properly placed at the street, an improved alley capable of handling the required equipment or in a otherwise agreed upon pick-up location at a charge.
