945.15 FEES TO BE ADDED TO ELECTRIC BILLS.

The monthly fees and charges, provided for above, against each resident of the City, as hereinbefore defined, and against each operator of a business, commercial or industrial establishment within the City, as hereinbefore defined, shall for billing purposes only, be added to the bill for electric current each month and billed with the bill for electric current.
