941.04 INTERMENTS AND DISINTERMENTS.

The Service-Safety Director, or his designee, shall have charge and direction of all interments, disinterments or removals of the dead. No dead body shall be removed or disinterred by the Service-Safety Director, or his designee, when forbidden by any proper order of the Board of Health or Health Officer.
