909.02 DEFINITION.

As used in this chapter, "curb service" means the placing of gasoline in the tanks of any motor vehicle from gasoline pumps or tanks located on or under sidewalks, while such vehicle is situated on any public street or alley, and/or the placing of motor oil in any such motor vehicle.
