The license issued under Section 725.04 or endorsement secured under Section 725.05 may be canceled by the Service-Safety Director or the Superintendent of the Water Service Commission if such license or endorsement is obtained by fraud or misrepresentation or for any other justifiable cause, upon the giving of thirty day's notice to the operator or his agent in charge.
