Whoever operates a coin-operated amusement machine within the City, and who is not now licensed, shall be deemed not to be in violation of the requirements of this chapter if he or she obtains a license as provided in this chapter within sixty days after the effective date of Ordinance 143-85. The license fees for new licenses shall be prorated as required in Section 713.02.
