(A) Definitions.
(1) As used in this section, RETAIL SHOPS shall mean any establishment engaged in the selling of goods or merchandise to the general public for personal or household consumption and rendering services incidental to the sale of such goods, including convenience stores, specialty shops and boutiques.
(2) As used in this section, DOWNTOWN BUSINESS DISTRICT shall have the same meaning as the B-4 Downtown Business District in the Itasca Zoning Ordinance and the Village of Itasca Official Zoning Map.
(B) Retail shops in the Downtown Business District shall not be permitted to operate between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.
