§ 98.09 LATE APPLICATIONS.
In those circumstances where application deadlines are not met due to circumstances which make the application deadlines inapplicable or unreasonable to meet, the Village President or his/her designee shall utilize his/her best efforts to accommodate the application. In circumstances under this section the village shall respond to the application request or appeal to an application denial in writing and within 72 hours. If circumstances dictate that a 72 hour turnaround is not applicable or practical, the village shall be allowed a reasonable time to respond as dictated by the circumstances.
