§ 32.52 REPORTS TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES.
   On or before March 1 of each year, the Council shall prepare and submit to the Board of Trustees a summary report of its operations during the preceding calendar year, along with a statement of projected plans recommended for action by the Board of Trustees and a request for allocations of necessary funds.
