§ 32.46 TERMS; ORGANIZATION.
   (A)   The Village of Itasca Youth Council shall consist of 12 members. The Village President, with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees, shall appoint nine members of the Council. The Police Department, the Park District, and School District No. 10 shall each appoint one member of the Council. The Village President, with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees, shall appoint one of the Council's members to be the Chairman of the Council.
   (B)   Terms of the members of the Council appointed by the Village President shall be for three years. Three initial members of the Council shall have full three year terms, while three initial members of the Council shall be appointed for a two year term, and while the remaining three initial members of the Council shall be appointed for a one year term. Terms of the members of the Council appointed by the Police Department, the Park District, and School District No. 10 shall be for one year only.
   (C)   Members of the Council are not required to be residents or registered electors of the village.
