§ 32.45 RE-ESTABLISHMENT.
   The corporate authorities of the Village of Itasca hereby re-establish the “Village of Itasca Youth Council,” which was previously established in Resolution No. 209-96, as a volunteer council with the primary purpose of promoting youth welfare in the Itasca area.
