§ 119.06 VIOLATION; REVOCATION.
   If an establishment operating a video gaming terminal violates any provision of the Video Gaming Act, any rules, regulations or restrictions imposed by the Illinois Gaming Board, or any provision related to video gaming terminals contained in this chapter, such violation shall be deemed a violation of the liquor license for that establishment and may subject the liquor license for that establishment to the penalties provided for in §§ 112.27 and 112.99 of Chapter 112 of this code.
