§ 119.04 VIDEO GAMING STICKER REQUIRED.
   (A)   A video gaming sticker issued from the village shall be affixed in a conspicuous place to every video gaming terminal in operation in the village.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to operate a video gaming terminal in the village without a valid video gaming sticker affixed thereto.
   (C)   Video gaming stickers shall not be transferrable.
