§ 119.01 VIDEO GAMING PERMITTED.
   Nothing contained in the Village of Itasca Code of Ordinances shall prohibit video gaming in an establishment licensed by the Illinois Gaming Board pursuant to the Video Gaming Act (ILCS Ch. 230, Act 40, §§ 1 et seq.) and in compliance with this chapter and Chapter 112 (Alcoholic Beverages) of this code, as well as any rules, regulations or restrictions imposed by the Illinois Gaming Board.
