§ 53.90 MOST RESTRICTIVE PROVISIONS APPLY.
   (A)   The provisions of this subchapter shall be interpreted to be cumulative of, and to impose limitations in addition to, all other ordinances, laws, codes, and regulations in existence or which may be passed governing any subject matter of this subchapter. To the greatest extent possible, the provisions of this subchapter shall be construed to be consistent with, and not in conflict with, the provisions of such other ordinances, laws, codes, and regulations, and with each other, to the end that all such provisions may be given their fullest application.
   (B)   This subchapter is not intended to modify or repeal any other ordinance, rule, regulation, or other provision of law. Where any provision of this subchapter imposes restrictions different from those imposed by any other ordinance, rule, regulation, or other provision of law, whichever provision is more restrictive or imposes higher protective standards for human health or the environment shall control.
