§ 33.24 DUTIES.
   The Police Pension Board shall elect its officers, hold board meetings, and control and manage the pension fund, including making investments as prescribed by statute, submit annual lists and reports, pay expenses, and further, pay benefits to those beneficiaries entitled by statute, and do all other acts and things permitted by law for the purpose of which this pension fund was created.
