§ 53.73 DUTIES OF DIRECTOR.
   The duties and functions of the Director shall include:
   (A)   Determining policy related to and directing the enforcement of this subchapter, as applicable;
   (B)   Supervising the execution of this subchapter; and
   (C)   Notifying the communities, and the IEPA, of any amendments to this subchapter.
