If a quorum is physically present at a meeting of the Board of Trustees, any member of the Board of Trustees who is prevented from physically attending because of personal illness or disability; employment purposes or the business of the village; or a family or other emergency, is permitted to attend that meeting by video or audio conference. A member of the Board of Trustees who wishes to attend a meeting by means other than physical presence in accordance with this section must notify the Village Clerk in advance of the meeting unless advance notice is impractical.
