The Village Health Officer, or the Health Officer's representative, shall inspect all private residential swimming pools to determine whether the provisions of this chapter regarding health, sanitation, and safety are being complied with. If the Health Officer finds that the operation of such pool does not meet the requirements of this chapter, the Health Officer shall direct that the pool be closed until the requirements are met.
