§ 154.27 ANNUAL BUDGET.
   Each year the Historical Commission shall prepare an annual fiscal year budget which shall be submitted to the Board of Trustees by May 1 of a year. All receipts of funds to or for the credit of the Historical Commission shall be deposited into an account selected by the Board of Trustees. All disbursements of funds of the Historical Commission shall be from said account but with prior approval of the Board of Trustees, which Board shall designate the persons authorized to sign checks against or otherwise disburse funds from said account.
