(A) The Zoning Board of Appeals is hereby combined with the Plan Commission, and the members of the Plan Commission shall serve the function of both the Plan Commission and the Zoning Board of Appeals for purposes of the Illinois Municipal Code and all ordinances of the Village of Itasca, including, but not limited to, the Itasca Subdivision Regulations and Zoning Ordinance.
(B) The present members of the Zoning Board of Appeals are hereby discharged from their offices.
(C) All references to the Plan Commission in the village ordinances, including, but not limited to the Subdivision Regulations and the Zoning Ordinance, shall be construed to mean the combined Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals created by this section.
(D) All references to the Zoning Board of Appeals in village ordinances, including, but not limited to the Subdivision Regulations and the Zoning Ordinance, shall be construed to mean the combined Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals created by this section.
